Meet Kathryn Hotte
Our Founder, President and Chief Learning Officer.
Kathryn’s passion and excitement comes through with every training program she designs and facilitates. Instead of making things complicated, she has mastered the task of making the difficult seem easy and the boring seem fun. Kathryn has developed her unique approach through an understanding of how adults learn and retain information so that the learning leads to results.
Having facilitated training in over 16 countries, Kathryn has found that her creative way of adding fun while still achieving the transfer of knowledge strikes a chord with people from every culture.
Kathryn has received many accolades over the years, including national and international awards for sales achievement and, most notably, a Training Excellence award from the Canadian Society for Training & Development.
